- This isn't so much a news item, but a heads up for people who like awesome bloggers. PizzaBodySlam is back from his self-imposed hiatus and is updating regularly again. Like me, he's also making fun of the new TNA World Championship belt. See? All the cool kids are doing it!
- Via F4W Online comes good news, everybody! Howard Finkel, the nerdy baritone legend of ring announcing, will be in Hershey next week doing said ring announcing. Whether you're a fan of Finkel or not a fan of Justin Roberts or both (I happen to like Roberts, but he's no Finkel, dammit), this is great news. If you don't like Finkel, well, I don't think I want to know you. Howard Finkel rules.
- As per Gabe Sapolsky himself, the main event for EVOLVE 6 will be Austin Aries vs. Chuck Taylor. I am most pleased at this, because both guys exude awesome and will probably wrestle one hell of a main event match. I'm guessing Aries is forsaking his awesome heel character for EVOLVE for his prior babyface one, which is fine by me, seeing that anything A Double does is probably going to be talked about by wrestling fans and anthropological historians alike for decades for its awesomeness.
