The third threesome announced for this year's epic King of Trios tournament is, unsurprisingly, The Osirian Portal. A twosome until recently, new member Hieracon gives them the magic number without needing to resort to having Virgil's good pal Escorpion Egyptico on the team or be at the mercy of a BDK-sympathizing Director of Fun.
Also announced today, the February 19th card in Reading will feature QuackSaw's first Campeonatos de Parejas defense against the demonic Batiri, Obariyon and Kodama. It'll be interesting to see if they retain or whether they're going to go with a relatively green tag team holding the straps. Either result to me sounds interesting.

It could go either way, with the CdP. On one hand, the Portal held the belts when they were relatively inexperienced. On the other, as much as I like the Batiri, I don't think at this stage they're as good as the Portal. I think we'll maybe see the Colony get a third point and beat Quack and Jig sometime later in the year.
