One of TMM's friends sent him along this picture of a taqueria in Beacon, NY. I have to assume that Mr. Santana isn't the one behind it, but it would be totally cool if he was, wouldn't it be? I actually pass through Beacon on my way to New England for work, so maybe I have to check this place out at some point and cross-post the review to here from my food blog, Holzerman Hungers. Yes, that was a cheap plug. No, I don't give a shit.
