Yes, that's Veda Scott and Gregory Iron holding the AIW Tag Team Championships. They challenged the Batiri at Hell on Earth Friday night, and what do you know, they won. AIW already showed signs of progressivism in pro wrestling concerning the gender barrier when they had Hailey Hatred engage in out and out warfare with John Thorne at Straight Outta Compton. This is the next step. Kudos to them, and kudos to both Scott and Iron. I believe the team is called Hope and Change in a sardonic, heelish way, but in an odd way, they do represent just those terms.
