Two-and-a-half years ago, I did a week on the blog dedicated to Chikara. This week is about as good as any to bring some focus back onto the promotion with a cataclysmic event looming large. Aniversario: Never Compromise is coming to iPPV on Sunday, and it's going to be a showdown, lemme tell ya. So, let's put some focus back on the wrestlers! It's time for your Chikara Wrestler of the Day!

Today's wrestler is the Intergalactic Luchadora, Saturyne! Saturyne made her debut for the company at JoshiMania in December of 2011, and she hasn't had much of a problem ingratiating herself into the fabric of the company, even if she's remained mostly unchanged by the timeline shifts. She had a bit of a rough go early on, especially since she became the highest-profile female competitor in the company when Sara del Rey left abruptly in the summer last year, but outside of an injury setback, she's done fine for herself. Sunday, she challenges "Mr. Touchdown" Mark Angelosetti for the Young Lions Cup, her second crack at the title. Can she escape the temporal vortex and ride across the cosmos with a new piece of hardware? Touchdown's been a tough out, but if there's any time that he can be unseated, it'll be when the space-time continuum is at its least stable on Sunday...
