This man was seen outside the Trocadero after Chikara Aniversario: Never Compromise. He is wearing a NPA hat, which clearly stands for No Private Army, the site that has detailed the exploits and atrocities committed by the paramilitary group known as Condor Security. He has sensitive information. He refused to share it on site because of the sensitive location. I think something's fishy here though. Who tipped him off as to the potential event happening? Did he have inside information? Did he glean that Condor has been working for Wink Vavasseur for the last 18 months at least? Is he a cover for the real writer of said blog?
