Wrestling Is Fun! is taking one huge geographical step out of the Lehigh Valley and into Rhode Island. September 21, they will venture into the Varnum Memorial Armory in East Greenwich, RI for Easily Bruised. The move comes as a surprise, as the venue has been home to Wrestling Is Art in the past. The Wrestling Is... companies are overlapping, and I'm not sure why. Maybe the footprints are moving around? I know Wrestling Is Cool was originally settled in the Ohio Valley and Appalachians before heading east into Deptford, NJ. Or maybe the overlap is part of the time rifts going on in the defunct parent company of Chikara? I'm only asking the questions here, I have no answers.
Anyway, no matches have been announced yet, but I expect the usual suspects - The Colony, the Baltic Siege, the Wrecking Crew, the Spectral Envoy, the Polar Baron's Union etc. - to be there. As with every Wrestling Is... show, children under 12 get in for free.
