Randy Orton allegedly spit gum at a 15-year old fan and called him a "derogatory name" after the fan asked for a picture with him outside of the Kowloon restaurant in Boston last night. The fan had taken a picture of Orton from afar and wanted one with him close up.Not going to comment on this until more details come out, because we have no idea what the tone of the kid was or anything else, but this could turn out to be a black eye on the WWE. Orton has a history of having a temper though, so keep that in mind as details come out (if any more do).
No matter what comes out, I'm torn about this. On one hand, wrestlers and celebrities are normal people too, and they deserve to have their space when they're out and about, but on the other, it's not all that hard to pose for a picture. Again, I don't know whether this kid was a dick or not, so I'm not gonna comment about specifics or come at Orton with the pitchfork-and-torch mob. Still, kinda sucks to hear about something like this.
