James Laurinitis with the Sick Burn on Wrestling

St. Louis Rams linebacker James Laurinitis, son of Road Warrior Animal and nephew of WWE Vice President John "Johnny Ace" Laurinitis, was asked in a recent interview what he thought about pro wrestling and whether he'd get into it after he retired from football. What he had to say wasn't so flattering. Here's the reprint from the Wrestling Observer newsletter:
He said that he doesn’t watch wrestling very much anymore and that wrestling isn’t the same, complaining in specific about the lack of strong tag teams. He said they talk too much and don’t wrestle enough, and that wrestling was better in the 80s and 90s.
Holy. Fucking. Shit. I want to have a beer with James Laurinitis now because he not only is the kind of wrestling fan that I am, but he's also Celebrity Exhibit 1 in the case against Vince McMahon, Vince Russo, Eric Bischoff and every other mouth-breathing fuckface in mainstream wrestling administration right now who thinks that no one cares about the action in the ring and all anyone wants anymore are their "stories".

Remember you can contact TH and ask him questions about wrestling, life or anything else. Please refer to this post for contact information. He always takes questions!
