For a second straight year, TWB-favorites The Throwbacks - Dasher Hatfield and Sugar Dunkerton - will enter into King of Trios, along with their good friend, the enigmatic old school grappler Matt Classic. Last year, they made a first round exit at the hands of then-defending Champions Team FIST. This year? Well, I guess it depends on whether there's an ROH event in the same weekend. Am I insinuating that Matt Classic and his good friend Colt Cabana are the same person? NO I AM NOT, and I'd feel slandered if you felt that way. However, it's well-known that Classic doesn't drive and requires Cabana to transport him to and from events. So there.
Anyway, among these guys, the revamped Osirian Portal and of course, the Colony, there will be no shortage of fan-favorite teams in the tourney this year, which is good, because I think it's time for a tecnico team to take the prize home, don't you?
