The WWE Confiscates Signs Putting over Their Own Talent Now?

The sign in question

Did you notice last night on RAW that there was a "ZACK RYDER = RATINGS" sign? Yeah, it was there in the first half-hour and then wasn't there any more after they came back from the end of R-Truth's heel turn. Apparently, the WWE had the O2 Arena confiscate the sign. It's well known that it's SOP to confiscate signs that would refer to fired talent, TNA, vulgarity etc. However, what was so wrong about putting over one of its superstars equating to ratings? Just because the sign doesn't celebrate a wrestler they're pushing?

To me, this is a brand-spanking new low for the WWE. You'd think they'd respond to all the people bringing signs to events and putting over guys under contract positively, maybe by featuring that guy a bit more. Sadly, that's not the case. Oh well, when the WWE is floundering to find a new star and UFC is kicking their ass further, maybe they'll figure out why.... nah, they'll just keep running SuperCena and SuperOrton programs while guys like Ryder are wrestling in front of 300 people tops in ROH because they were released by WWE, their natural talent ignored.
