Bushido Epilogue: Chuck Taylor Steals the Title Belt

It's been a good long time since we've had a good belt theft angle in pro wrestling. Chuck Taylor was filmed leaving The Asylum ECW Arena with the Open the Freedom Gate Championship. Problem? YAMATO is still the OtFG Champion. Taylor did get a pinfall on YAMATO during the event, but at the last second, the Champ got his foot on the ropes. The ref didn't see it until after the fact, so he had to get the testimony from the only person who saw clearly when YAMATO got his foot on the ropes, Johnny Gargano. Gargano could have lied and said the Champ got it up there late, but he told the truth at the detriment of his Ronin stablemate. Interesting stuff. This is definitely a developing story worth checking out.
