Rey Mysterio Popped for Amphetamines

Via Cageside Seats

So it wasn't steroids or painkillers but amphetamines that felled Rey Mysterio. Even stranger, Mysterio's positive test came 10 weeks before the announcement of the suspension. TEN WEEKS. There's a major incongruity there. That being said, amphetamines aren't really a coping drug, they're either recreational or they're used as major uppers for increased alertness. Baseball had a "greenie" epidemic, and the NHL has had to ban Sudafed because of their stimulant properties.

Either way, this kinda makes the tone of my last piece about the situation moot, although I still think the company needs a forced offseason. That being said, Mysterio is a dumbass and needs to get off the speed.
