IMPORTANT RETRACTION: Aaron Epic Did NOT Begin the Tweets to Sapolsky for EVOLVE Booking

Why is ACH not in DGUSA? Hmm...

As I have been corrected, and rightly so, Aaron Epic did NOT start the tweet campaign for his booking in EVOLVE. It was started by Jerome Cusson Chris GST of the excellent indie-centric wrestling news site Pro Wrestling Ponderings. Epic merely retweeted him, which started people tweeting Gabe Sapolsky for his inclusion in EVOLVE 14-16. Did he exhort them to RT it? Yeah, but again, what's wrong with encouraging fan support? More on that later.

It also bears noting that Lince Dorado tweeted Sapolsky for booking on the WrestleMania weekend cards, and despite getting the same "That's not the way to get booked" spiel, he got a spot on the card. That's nothing against Lince, by the way. Nothing at all.

It also bears noting that ACH, the guy that people should be LINING UP to book on their cards received a similar fan-driven push to be booked in DGUSA and instead got the same spiel and hasn't been booked since.

The lesson here? There is no rhyme or reason to what this guy preaches about protocol. He does what he wants and even though he says he gives you what you want, he doesn't want to hear from you directly about what you want. My question is, how the fuck does he know what you want if he doesn't want you tweeting him about it? Ask yourself that question next time he claims he gives you what you want.

PS, it's only picking on someone if they don't deserve it.
