Randy Orton violated the Wellness Policy for the second time, and will be suspended for 60 days. Again, since WWE reported it, it's not certain what the substance was, but if I were a betting man, I'd go with either marijuana or Spice (a.k.a. the fake shit).
It wasn't too long ago that Over the Limit was going to have Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho as a high-level match. Now, Jericho kicked a flag and Orton flunked a piss test. This opens a pretty big opportunity for WWE to build a quaternary feud and showcase a couple of guys on the cusp, and conversely, it's a great opportunity for a Dolph Ziggler or a Brodus Clay to step up to the plate. There are a lot of open questions here, but we'll see where they go.
