WWE's Twitter disseminated that picture of the Chairman, Vince McMahon, being prepped for surgery. Ah yes, McMahon, ever the lovable scamp, taking cues from his most hated nemesis and flipping off the camera. McMahon really went in for surgery recently, which makes him taking the F5 even more amazing. The man may be an interminable sleaze, but he's all in for his love, his business.
