Any project that strives to promote the ideas of gender equity in wrestling is one that is going to be on my radar. Priya Sharma, an independent filmmaker from Liverpool, is currently making a documentary following around women wrestlers on the English indie scene including, but not limited to, Alpha Female, hoping to detail the extraordinary struggles they go through on an already-harsh sub-corporate circuit. However, it needs your help for funding. As for any crowd-sourced fundraising project, there are perks. Check the page for the different donation levels. Yes, the donation levels are in pounds sterling, but I'm sure they'll do the conversion rate from American dollars if that's all you have (note, that'll probably be all you have). Anyway, it's a cool project, so help by donating!
