Taking a page out of the SHIMMER playbook, Absolute Intense Wrestling announced that their next Girls' Night Out event will be a doubleshot taping. Girls' Nights Out 9 and 10 will both be taped on Sunday, October 6th, at Turners Hall in Cleveland. There aren't any other details available other than the fact that Veda Scott's shot at Allysin Kay's AIW Women's Championship will come during the taping.
For all its foibles, AIW's dedication to women in wrestling, both as a separate entity and integrated into its man narrative, is still one of the best things about indie wrestling in general.
