Episode 109: Sign of Van Hammer

Ms. Deathlock, righteous whiskey-loving, flowchart-creating, heavy metal librarian, joins the show this week, and of course, the first order of business is Dean Ambrose. She recounts how she came to be a fan of his, and how she fell down a YouTube rabbit hole getting to know him as a performer. We remember the ironic beauty of the Ultimate Warrior, Tony Atlas' goofy laugh, and especially the glory of Mark Henry. Henry going against The Shield evokes discussion about crowds. Ms. Deathlock was actually a part of both the post-Mania New Jersey crowd and the recent Brooklyn crowd. She explains how much of the crowd actually caused all that noise. After recounting the Barclays Center, we delve into food, specifically her paleo diet. We also agree on the glory of bacon. Television is broached, specifically on my part explaining why I dig Venture Bros., and then we get into a bit of discussion about jorts. Finally, we hit up some musical discussion and answer some questions from @Sullust.
