Randy Poffo and Elizabeth Hulette had been married for the better part of seven years when Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth partook in the "Match Made in Heaven" at SummerSlam 1991. In fact, their union predated Liz's WWF debut. That fact doesn't make their scripted marriage in WWE canon any less touching (or to me as a young kid watching live, yuck-inducing). Of course, a pro wrestling wedding wouldn't be complete without some kind of calamity, although we had to wait for the reception for that to take place.
