This week's FtA brings us a rematch of the semifinals of the 1994 Super J Cup Tournament. In that match, Great Sasuke defeated Jushin Liger for the right to job to the Pegasus Kid, aka He Who Shall Not Be Named. The match starts off with a flurry from Sasuke followed by a dive. IN fact, Sasuke stakes his claim here as one of the most influential junior heavies of all-time with his awe-inspiring-for-their-time dives to the outside, landing himself in the crowd twice. Liger's impressive here too if just for his strong-style flavor that he brings to the match. Very good jaunt, classic jr. heavyweight puroresu.
