"Dr. Death" Steve Williams was legendary for his American exploits alone, but he became a golden god among hardcore wrestling fans thanks to his tours of Japan in AJPW. Part of the reason for that was his execution of moves such as this, the Backdrop Driver. That crew was notorious for taking typical moves and cranking up the angle on the impact to make them look brutal. This is a variation on a "simple" belly to back suplex, done to Kenta Kobashi.
