This is the mack daddy of puroresu head drops, although technically, the impact is more on the neck and shoulders than it is on the head. Regardless, it's a dangerous move that'll fuck your day up if not done right, thus why Mitsuharu Misawa, not the innovator of it but the guy who made it famous, only pulled it out in the biggest matches, like the 6/3/94 match that some say is the best of all-time.
