International Wrestling Cartel is a company based out of Pittsburgh, PA, a tough place to run a promotion given the blinding light that comes from New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia shines bright across the Appalachians and that Cleveland is one of the four or five most important cities for independent wrestling in America right now. Still, IWC has done well for itself that they were invited to come to National Pro Wrestling Day. Their Heavyweight Champion, John McChesney, will be defending his title against Logan Shulo. Again, I don't recoginze the names, but you know what? When you're trying to branch into new markets, why not lead with your best foot?
