This is the apology that Jay Briscoe made before the Ring of Honor show at Belle Vernon, PA on Saturday. Although I was offended at the remarks he made on Twitter, I really don't think I have a say in how to react to it as a straight male. I can see both sides of the argument on whether he was sincere or whether the apology actually addressed the real issue here, but it doesn't matter what I think in the long run. It matters to gay wrestling fans, and gay people altogether, since, y'know, he threatened physical violence for the "crime" of wanting to get married.
