Billy Gomila of And the Valley Shook stops by to kick off football month here on the podcast. First thing's first, we get into some SummerSlam talk, specifically which match Billy's looking forward to most. He answered Brock Lesnar vs. CM Punk, which definitely is a huge reason why I'm excited for the show too. We talk up the possibility of Daniel Bryan winning the WWE Championship, which leads into some ancillary discussion about Vince McMahon's size fetish, the guard changing, and Bryan perhaps winning the Royal Rumble. From there, we get into football. Billy recounts how it is being a fan of a Les Miles coached team, I wonder aloud how Chip Kelly will fare with the Eagles, and we both lament how unfair the NFL was to the Saints. Finally, we get into gameday food, specifically the tailgate experience. Billy recounts some of the most exotic foods he's cooked or seen cooked at a tailgate, including a whole roasted alligator, and he also regails whether or not Cajun food dominates the scene.
