Paige has adopted the Scorpion Crosslock, and her application and execution is spot-on. However, she doesn't - and really can't - slap the move on with the same reckless disregard for human well being that WWE alumna and joshi GAWDESS Bull Nakano did. WWE is all about "safety" and "workers not getting hurt." What wimps. Meanwhile, when Nakano was in her heyday, she and her contemporaries had to work a bit stiffer than even the males in Japan did. Hell, the women still feel compelled to wreck each other's shit today too. The following video shows Nakano just ragdolling Manami Toyota with this, one of the most badass submission holds I've ever seen.
