"No Matter Where You End Up, I'd Be Nothing Without You"

Saturday night, El Generico made his final appearance for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. He would appear for BattleWar the next night, and it's unsure whether he'll appear at other events before packing it in for WWE. However, he was given a proper sendoff. He and Kevin Steen got to the finals of DDT4, where they fell to the Young Bucks. Afterwards, the longtime partners and sometimes rivals embraced, and Steen said "No matter where you end up, I'd be nothing without you." I'm getting a bit verklempt just thinking about it. Talk amongst yourselves. I'll give you a topic... uh, palm trees.

Anyway, Generico himself got on the mic to talk at the aforementioned BattleWar show. Here's the video, shot by @TommyLOLs (with a tip of the hat to WrestleChat):

So yeah, it's really happening. He's leaving to go tend to the orphans in Mexico... err, yeah, let's go with that. I can't wait to see what WWE has in store for him, but yeah, it's going to be hard for the indie scene to replace him, even partially.
